How do I get a quote?
Fill out the form on this page or call or text (317) 555-0199. We'll ask a few quick questions about your home (floors, rough window count, anything else you want cleaned) and come back with a real number, usually the same day.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only work, no. We can clean while you're at work as long as we have gate access and the spigot is on. For interior glass, someone needs to let us in. Either way you'll get a confirmation text before the appointment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Webz Window Cleaning is a registered Indiana business and carries liability insurance. We're happy to send a certificate if your HOA asks for one.
What chemicals do you use on my windows?
None. We clean with deionized water: water that's had its dissolved minerals stripped out, which makes it pull dirt off the glass and then evaporate leaving nothing behind. No soap means no film, and no film means pollen has nothing to stick to next week.
How long does a job take?
Most single-story homes run about an hour and a half to two hours. A larger two-story with screens is usually half a day. If we're also doing gutters or soft washing, we'll tell you the realistic window when we quote it.
Do you discount if I bundle services?
Yes. Doing windows and gutters on the same visit is cheaper than booking them separately, because we're only making one trip. Tell us everything you want done and we'll price the whole thing together.
What if it rains right after you clean?
That's what the 48-Hour Guarantee is for. If rain, sprinklers, or anything else hits your glass within two days of our visit, call us and we come back and re-clean it at no charge.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses force, and it belongs on concrete: driveways, walkways, patios. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution, and it's what should go on siding, soffits, and roofs. Using high pressure on siding drives water behind the cladding, which is how people end up with a much more expensive problem than dirty siding.
